DC-4 OSS API not propagating data, Tue April 2nd

DC-4 OSS API data propagating issue has been resolved.

DC-4 OSS API is not propagating data, issue started Tue April 2nd 8AM US Central time (CST).

Impact: If Customer own OSS or Network Operations Dashboard is in use, data is not getting updated.

Recovery actions ongoing, target is to get DC-4 OSS API up/propagating data again asap.

This announcement will be updated when issue has been fixed.
