Update on September 3rd, 2024, 04:45 AM US Central time (CST): Issue has been fixed and KPI data is updating again normally via OSS API

DC-4 Grafana/OSS API data are not updating from Tuesday, September 3, 2024, 03:30 AM US Central time (CST).

Impact:

If customers are using their own OSS and Network Operations Dashboard (Grafana), the KPI data update has commenced, and the recovery of the data will take some time.

Note: Alarms are working normally.

This announcement will be updated once issue has been fixed.
