Changes on Support Hub authentication
May 26th, 2023
Background information
Due to Microsoft sign-in-related security concerns, we had to make temporary changes on authentication to our service. As a result, we had to disable Microsoft sign-in to our end-users. These changes affect our customers, partners and Nokia staff; only our support team is excluded. We hope this is temporary, and we are looking for solutions to enable Microsoft sign-in again in the near future.
If you've been using Google sign-in or direct credentials to our service, this does not affect you. You can proceed to sign in as usual here.
Thank you for your patience and understanding! We apologize for the inconvenience.
For any questions or concerns, please contact da.tools@nokia.com.
Note: Nokia support personnel (admins, agents, light agents) can still use Microsoft sign-in here.
How can I sign in if I used Microsoft sign-in earlier?
You currently have two options to sign in:
1. Use Google account
If your business account is already a Google account, you can also use the Google sign-in option here.
2. Use direct credentials
All you need to do, is create your own password through this link. To start, provide the email address you're using with our service, then select Submit.
